We would like to inform you in short about Croatia, Krk island, our place Njivice and the accommodation we offer to tourists from all corners of the world as well as about us your potential hosts. For many, Croatia and especially Krk island, has been a well known destination for years, an ideal place to spend your holidays and get away from the routine of everyday life. Our sea's legendary clear water, the wonderful weather and our fish dishes are just some of the things that will make you feel like you've found your own little paradise. We feel, along with many people who have visited us, Njivice is one of the most exceptional places on the island if not on Earth (in the modest opinion of the author of these lines that has lived on three continents).
A few words about Krk island…..
With its geographic location in the northern Adriatic sea, natural beauties, connection to the main land by a bridge, and many other advantages Krk is very attractive to tourists. The closeness of Plitvice lakes, Opatija, Rijeka, Venice and other destinations, make it a very popular base from which you can go for one day excursions. For those interested in history and the first written words in Croatian language there are some fascinated places to visit. But let’s not kid ourselves we all know that there is one main reason that we like to go to the sea and that is sea, sea, sea …… and …. more sea !!!??
And then a few words about Njivice…..
In the not so distant past Njivice used to be referred to, as a small fishing village. Today Njivice is one of the most popular tourist destinations on the island, and private accommodation is the most attractive choice as it caters for your individual needs, unlike hotels that cater for mass tourism. Njivice is a must for holiday makers. We are located in the leafy part of Njivice surrounded by trees. A mini cappuccino strip, good restaurants, ice-cream shops, sports grounds, summer fairs, water sports and many more ways to enjoy every minute of your stay. The place is big enough to offer something to everyone and yet it has still maintained the charm of a typical Mediterranean small town by the sea. But why trust us come and check it out on your own. Now something about accommodation…..
We have been offering accommodation to tourists in our family house since 1986. The house is located in a quite part of Njivice known as Rosulje. There is some 15 minutes walk along lovely “Lungomare” to the town center. Our house is located a mere 150m from the beach. The beaches are a combination of small secluded bays, huge rocks ideal for practicing your diving as well as pebble beaches – perfect for small children, the elderly and those that are not strong swimmers. The accommodation that we offer consists of four rooms with double bed (they can not be separated) with the possibility of an additional bed “***” category. The rooms are on the first floor with a separate entrance. Each room has a bathroom with a shower tub, toilet and washing basin. There is also a shared kitchenette and dining room. At the front of the house there is a big balcony where you can enjoy your late breakfast with a view of the sea and the nearby islands or relax with the sunset in the evening. There is also a parking space in our front yard for 4-5 cars. Within our place there is a summer kitchen with huge BBQ. Small children and pets are welcome provided that parents and/or owners look after them.

Accommodation booking…..
From our previous experience, we recommend to our potential guests to make theirs booking as early as possible, especially if they intend on spending their summer holidays in July or August. For people that don’t live very far from us and aren’t familiar with our part of the world we advice you to come and check us out. Our motto is “a satisfied guest”, and since we believe in satisfying your wishes we give you a “Guarantee” that should you be unsatisfied for any reason with what we offer after coming to our place then you can cancel your booking and get your deposit back if there was one.
